The Zimbabwe Schools Examinations Council (ZIMSEC) has announced the release of the 2025 Ordinary Level examination results, showing a notable increase in the national pass rate to 35 percent. This marks the third consecutive year of improvement in examination outcomes.
According to ZIMSEC board chairperson Professor Paul Mapfumo, the results will be available on the ZIMSEC portal from 4 PM today and will remain accessible for the next five days.
To access your results, follow these steps:
– Visit the ZIMSEC Results Portal: Go to (link unavailable)
– Click on ‘View Results’: Navigate to the “View Results” section on the homepage
– Select Your School Region: Choose the region corresponding to your school
– Register as a New User: Click on “Register as a New User”
– Create Your ZIMSEC Account: Enter your centre number and candidate number, ensuring you select “November” for the session and “O-Level” for the level, as well as “2025” for the year
– Create a Unique Username and Password: Your password should contain at least one capital letter and one number
– Log In to the ZIMSEC Portal: After registering, log in using your newly created username and password
– View Your Results: Finally, access and review your 2025 ZIMSEC Ordinary O Level results
The results portal will be open for five days, and heads of examination centres can collect results from ZIMSEC regional offices starting Monday, January 19, 2026.
